铝棒加热炉 Billet heating furnace

加热炉将铝棒从环境温度加热到挤压温度（温度为480-500ºC），从而保证挤压过程在完整生产条件下顺利进行。The furnace heats the billet of ambient temperature to the extrusion temperature (indicative 480-500 º C), guaranteeing the operation of the press in full production regime.

该炉采用间接加热，通过对流方式传热，大大提高了产品合格率，操作简便，成本效益高。The furnace is indirect heating, it heat Transfer by convection, which greatly improve the product yield rate ,  easy operation and cost-efficiency. 

采用工业燃烧器的比例来控制燃烧系统，并增加了捕集和再循环废气的排气预热系统，节省了20％的能源消耗。

Adopting the proportion of industrial burner to control burning system and adding the exhaust preheating system that captures and recirculates exhaust gases , and saving 20% energy 

consumption.
