Operating

• The MECATOME T 400 is an automatic high capacity cut-off machine. Cut-off wheels Ø 400 associated to wide setting ranges of all parameters make it possible to cut large sizes components to strict metallographical specifications.

• Automatic control of feeding speed advance driven following the cutting efforts, combined

with pulse cutting technique allow fast and regular high quality cuts, in any materials.

• Touch pad control panel and LCD screen for an easy operating. Fast and simple settings of all parameters, with memorization of cutting

processes.

• Cooling unit with 160 L tank and powerful pump for efficient spraying during cutting. (1 spray nozzle on the cut-off wheel,

2 spray nozzles to set on the work piece).

• Optional equipments allow to customize MECATOME T 400, to increase its cutting capacities and performances.

• LASER: red line on the workpiece to locate precisely he cut.

• OXITOM: oscillation of cut-off wheel for very difficult cuts.

• GUTOM: control of cutting disc wear with automatic compensation of cut-off wheel speed rotation.
