生产线简介Product line profile

可控气氛井式炉生产线主要由、加热渗碳炉、淬火槽、风冷台、清洗机、回火炉等组成。根据客户的不同要求可以配置各种类型的生产线。适用于各种行业各种零件的渗碳、碳氮共渗以及保护气氛下的淬火、正火、退火。可以实现渗碳后直接淬火、渗碳后缓冷再加热淬火，等不同的热处理工业模式。淬火介质可采用盐浴，油和水基类。

Controlled atmosphere pit carburizing furnace plants includes pit carburizing furnace, Quenching tank, air cooled station, washing machine, tempering furnace and so on. Various types of plants can be configured according to customer's requirements. The plants can be used for carburizing, carbonitriding  and quenching ,normalizing, annealing under protective atmosphere. Quenching media can be salt, oil or water-based polymer materials.

本公司可提供高使用温度为950℃的有马弗和弗上述标准炉型，还可根据用户需要设计制作各类非标炉型。

The company can provide  the above-mentioned standard furnace with and without muffle, the maximum use temperature is 950, also can design and manufacture non-standard furnace according to the requirements of users.

可控制气氛井式炉生产线可采用集散式控制，各设备设有各自的控制系统（包括温度、碳势控制系统、PLC控制系统、人机对话系统），并通过通信系统与上位机进行信息传递与管理，操作方便、模拟准确、界面友好。
