2.1 电控箱的防爆要点:

Flameproof gist of controller

2.1.1 隔爆电控箱外壳采用Q235钢板焊接而成。每个零部件精加工后经水压实验，压力为1.0Mpa,历时10～12s,以不连续滴水为合格.

The material of controller enclosure is Q235B. Every part of controller is endure water pressure after finish machining. The pressure is1.0Mpa. Take a period of 10～12s, eligibility not trickle.

2.1.2 隔爆外壳的表面粗糙度符合 GB3836.2-2000中的规定.

The surface harsh degree of controller is according with the national standard GB3836.2-2000.

2.1.3 为了保证防爆外壳的防爆性能,连接用的紧固螺栓必须装有防松垫圈,以防螺栓自动松脱,螺栓和不透螺栓孔紧固后还须留有大于两倍的防松垫圈厚度的螺纹余量.

The impacted bolt used for joint must have lockwasher. The screw thread of impacted bolt must have double thickness of lockwasher above .

2.1.4 引入接线盒内的电缆,在进线孔处用弹性密封,密封圈按GB3836.1-2000附录D3.3中的规定进行老化实验合格.

The cable to connect in terminal at the joint box must airproof at the joint hole.

The airproof ring must tested according as the addendum D3.3 in national standard GB3836.1-2000.

3. 使用维护

Use & maintenance

3.1 每台新安装好的电控箱首***行运行实验,并检查其控制动作是否运行正常.

The controller must control check after install.

3.2 电控箱在使用过程中,注意经常进行检查.并注意检查其连接电缆不得有机械损伤和绝缘老化现象.
