大容量锥型研磨腔体设计更适用于大批量的中,高粘度产品的分散及超细研磨。

锥型腔体内研磨珠随反射角的改变,加强了研磨珠的往返运动，使研磨细度更均匀。

采用定子、转子及前端板冷却,更高的扩大冷却面积,适合物料温度敏感的产品;

特殊的分离结构,可选用较细小的研磨珠;

研磨腔内和物料接触的零部件材质均采用特殊高耐磨材质。

可选配PLC全自动控制系统，监控整个研磨过程，即时显示各项参数。

Characteristics:

The design of large capacity conical grinding chamber is more suitable for grinding of medium and high viscosity products in large quantities.

Grinding beads in the conical chamber flow in a linear way, enable distribution to be more uniform.

Stator, stator and front-cover are cooled, which expands cooling are and prevents high temperature.

Special separation system gives you freedom in the choice of grinding size.

The materials of spare parts in the grinding chamber are made of special high abrasion resistant materials, making the machine more durable.

Using PLC procedure control system to monitor all kinds of parameter during dispersion and grinding.（option）
