1. 제품의 개요

내부 온도조절을 위한 냉각용 냉매 증발기와 가열기가 있고, 고온에서 냉동시스템 가동으로 빠른 온도 하강이 가능하다. 온도에 따른 에너지 절감효과가 뛰어나다.

기기 스스로 온도 저절을 위한 최적 상태를 인식하고, 기기의 각 부분이 적은 에너지로 운전시키는 절전형 저온 챔버이다.

성에는 기기의 후면 벽 부위에 위치한 냉각 장치 중에서 제습용 증발관에만 발생하여 공기의 순환에 장애를 주지 않으며 일정 두께 이상이 되면 성에 표면에 순환하는 공기로부터 받는 에너지와 증발관으로부터 전달되는 흡열 에너지가 평형을 이루어 더 이상 성장하지 않는다. 따라서 정기적인 제상과정 없이 연속운전 할 수 있다.

2. Computer Interface

RS485 통신을 이용하여 한 대의 컴퓨터로 9대의 기기를 한 화면에서 감시, 조절할 수 있으며, 화면을 조정하면 최대 9대까지 조절할 수 있다. 자사가 공급하는 프로그램(option)을 이용하여 기기를 원격 조절할 수 있고, 시험 데이터의 수집과 보관에 편리하다. 또한 레코더로 데이터를 출력하여 실험결과를 정확하게 관찰 보관할 수 있다. (option)

3. 온도센서

온도센서는 크게 접촉식과 비접촉식으로 분류한다. 본 제품에서는 측정대상물과의 접촉을 통해 온도를 측정하는 방식인 온도센서, 백금 저항온도센서(platinum resistance thermocouple)를 사용하여 정확한 온도를 측정한다.
