GFG系列二通流量控制阀(调速阀)用于液压系统的流量控制,其调定的流量,在很大程度上与压力、温度和油液粘度的变化无关。采用带有外部控制油口P的阀,可避免回路接通瞬间的起始冲击。
结构:本型调速阀是由三角形节流口和一个定差减压阀(压差补偿器)组成。调定的位置可由设置在调节旋钮内的筒型锁予以锁定,已防止意外的调节发生。
功能原理:需调节的流量由A口进入,并流经节流口,节流口下游配置有一个压差补偿器,该补偿器可由进入节流口处的液流进行内部控制,或从P口外接压力油进行外控。
为保证压差补偿器具有的效率,要求压差约为5bar(该数值与流量范围有关)。初始情况下,压差补偿器处于全开状态,故开始工作的时候,有一个调整稳定的过程,对内控型阀,这个稳定过程将造成在开始接通的瞬间调节流量不能得到压力补偿,而引起所谓的起始冲击。通过旋钮调节节流阀芯,便可进行流量调节,旋钮的调节角度为270度。
