三坐标测量仪测量范围：

- 主要包括测量：尺寸精度、定位精度、几何精度及轮廓精度等。

任何工件的形状几乎都是由三维空间点组成的，所以所有的几何量测量都可以归纳成三维空间点的测量，故此精确地进行空间点坐标的采集，是测定所有几何形状的基础。

- 主要用于工件的三维测量，例如：汽车零部件制造，模具刀具，3C电子产品，注塑精密加工行业等。

CROMA 564 三次元的特点：

- X向横梁采用超高刚性精密铝合金横梁，通过减轻运动负荷从而提高了整机的性能，是保证稳定性和刚性的结构设计。

X beam has adopted the ultra rigidprecise aerometal. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main carriage’s stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM’s performance.

- Y轴采用海克斯康获得的整体燕尾型导轨，提高了测量机的精度和重复性。

Patented precision-machined dovetail guideway in Y axis improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability.

- 三轴均采用同步带驱动，结构紧凑、不打滑、速度快、噪音低、易维护。

All machine axes’ transmission mode is timing belt, whose compact, nonskid structure makes it has excellence of high speed, low noise and easy maintenance.

- Z轴采用可调气动平衡，运动平稳；并可在紧急情况下自动制动，保证安全。
