四重式板料校平机为辊式金属板料整平专用设备，通常由动力、主机和电器控制等部分组成。利用多辊式作原理，使板料在上、下校平辊之间反复变形，消除应力，达到校平的目的。在上、下排工作辊外侧，设刚属于支撑辊（轮），构成四重式组辊结构。板料通过本机校平，可明显改善其平整状态，提高工作质量。可独立工作，用于单块板材的校平、；亦可在本机前配置开卷、引料，后面配置剪切、垛料及联机机构等，通过控制系统连成性能完备的生产线，对金属卷材进行整平、分切。

This machine is for levelling roller type metal plate, consist of power, main machine and electrical control system etc.
By the principle of several rollers working, the plate repeated deformation in the middle of upper and lower rollers, eliminate stress. In the outer side of upper and lower rollers, there is another row of support rollers, which can makes up 4-high group rollers. After leveling by this machine, the plate is much flusher with good quality. It can work independently to level single plates, or can install with uncoiler and traction device in the beginning of this machine, and install with cutting, stacking and linkage mechanism.
