MBH型电动葫芦门式起重机

MBH型电动葫芦半门式起重机依据JB／T5663标准所设计、制造；本产品大车运行轨道一条铺设在车间吊车梁上，另条铺设在地面上，是种有轨道运行的中小型半门式起重机，适用于加工车间、料场、货场、装卸和搬运物料。
本产品起重量为0.5～10t，其跨度、上下轨道高低差接用户需要而确定，工作级别般为A3～A5级。
本机特点：
1.本产品主要由主梁、两支腿、上、下横梁，大车 运行机构、电动葫芦及电器部分所组成。
2.主梁、支腿、上下横粱均采用箱型板结构，电动葫芦在主梁工字钢下冀缘板上运行。
3.大车运行机构采用“三合一”减速器，上、下分别驱动，可采用变频调速。
4.操纵方式有地面手把按钮操纵、地面遥控或司机室操纵，三种方式可选用。

MBH semi-gantry crane，based on JB/T5663 standard, is a middle-sized semi-gantry crane and has two tracks with different height . One is on the top of crane"s supporting beam，the other is on the ground. It is applicable to work in processing workshops and storage yards, mining plants and so on.
The range of lifting capacity is 0.5～l0t ,span and height is flexible, classilication group is A3～A5.

Main features：
1. The crane is mainly composed of girder, two legs, upper travelling mechanism, lower travelling mechanism, electric hoist and electrical system.
2. Main frames are boxed. Electric hoist is traversing on the I-beam track.
3. Travelling mechanisms adopt "three in one " reducer，which is driven respectively, it adopts variable frequency for speed adjustment.
4. Three type of manipulation for choice：ground wired button control, remote control or cab"s.
