IV. Motion principle

当电机通电后，定子铁心产生轴向磁拉力使转子轴间移动并压缩弹簧，从而使风扇制动轮上的制动环与制动座（后端盖或端罩）脱离,转子随即旋转。当电断后，轴间磁拉力随即消失，在压力弹簧的作用下转子带动风扇制动轮一起复位，使制动环与制动器接触，产生摩擦力矩，迫使电机迅速停转。（见图三）

When the power is action, the rotor is movement along the axis to press the spring because the axis magnetism of the stator. Make brake ring disengage the brake base ( bottom top or end cover ),the rotor running at once. When the power is turnoff, the axis magnetism is disappear, the rotor with the brake wheel is restart, the brake ring and the brake base contact bring the friction make the rotor stop at once.(see drawing 3)

五、安装与调整

V. Fixing and adjustor

电动机采取凸缘安装方式，以前端盖上四孔作为安装用孔，以前端盖的外圆A面及端面B面作为定位面。

前端盖C面上150000系列轴承与电动葫芦卷筒配合用，对于一般场合可以不要，机座上的四个螺孔是安装电动葫芦安全限位器用，对一般场合可以不用。

为了保证电动机可靠工作，制动装置需调整得当，转子轴向移动量1.5mm左右，不宜小于1mm，过小的移动量往往会使制动环与后端盖不能**脱离，造成相互的摩擦。增加损耗并引起发热，严重时会烧坏绕组使电机停转，另一方面移动量也不宜过大，以防冲击太大而损坏制动环，且使用制动性能不良。

具体调整移动量方法如下（见图3-4）卸下锁紧螺母上的圆柱头六角螺钉，用板手旋转锁紧螺母，每次旋转1-2个孔的角度，装上六角螺钉测试制动情况，反复调整直至制动符合要求为止（如电动机装上电机葫芦时，则可用电动葫芦起吊重物的下滑量为依据，逐一调整来确定制动情况的好坏）。

The motor is flange fix. the four hole in front cover for fixing. The circumference A and the surface B of the front cover is the orientation plate.

The bearing of 150000 series at the surface C of the front cover is used for the reel of the hoister, Not used at the other situation.

The arrester must adjust right for the motor well-balanced running. The movement value of the rotor axis motion is about 1.5mm, unfavorable less than 1mm. The movement value of the rotor axis motion is not small, otherwise the brake ring will not disengage from the brake base complete, so interactional rub them, make the wastage increase and heat, So much as mangle the coil make the motor stop. Otherwise the value is not big lest should the impact is too big to mangle the brake ring, the brake be ineffective and that.

The method of the adjust the movement value is following (see drawing 3-4): demount the columniform hexagonal bolt in locknut, circumrotate the locknut with spanner 1～2 hole angle at a time，then fix the locknut to test the brake , such-and-such several times until the brake all right.(if the motor already fix with the hoister can consult the glide value to adjust the brake.)

VI. Specification and Capability

1、电动机按使用要求分类，但同功率电动机的电磁性能均相同。

1. The motor is sort for request of used. The electromagnetism capability is same when the capacity same.

2、在一般情况电源额定电压为380V，同步转速为1380转／分，工作制度为JC25％，绝缘等级为F级，接法Y／绕组平均温升不超出135摄氏度。
