　　工作原理/working principle

　　主机电动机通过减速器带动主轴及转盘旋转，转盘边缘的辊销带动几十个磨辊这磨环滚道内滚动。大块物料经锤式破碎机破碎成小颗粒后提升机送入储料仓，再经过震动给料机和倾斜的进料管，将物料均匀地送到转盘上部的散料盘上。物料这离心力的作用下散向圆周边，并落入磨环的滚道内被环辊冲击、滚辗、研磨，经过三层环道的加工变成粉体，高压风机通过抽吸作用将外部空气吸入机内，并将粉碎后的物料带入选粉机内。选粉机内旋转的叶轮使粗物料回落重磨，符合要求的细粉则随气流进入旋风集粉器并由其下部的卸料阀排出即为成品，而带有少量粉尘的气流则经过脉冲除尘器后通过风机和消声器排出。

Under the action of centrifugal force,the material disperses to the periphery of the circle and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring. It is impacted, rolled andground by the ring roller. After the processing of the three-layer raceway, it becomes powder. The high-pressure fan sucksthe external air into the machine through the suction action, and brings the crushed material into the powder separator. Therotating impeller in the separator makes the coarse material fall back for regrinding. The fine powder that meets therequirements enters the cyclone collector with the air flow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of thecyclone collector. The air flow with a small amount of dust is discharged through the fan and muffler after passing through thepulse dust collector.
