一、CD-3408型全自动开口闪点仪(中英文说明)概述
全自动开口闪点测试仪,是根据中华人民共和国标准GB/T 3536《石油产品闪点和燃点测定法(克利夫兰开口杯法)》所规定的要求设计制造的,适用于按该标准规定的方法,测定除燃料油和开口闪点低于79℃的石油产品克利兰夫开口杯法闪点。

三、仪器特点

四、工作原理
本仪器在中华人民共和国标准GB/T 3536规定的条件下,把试样装入试验杯,对装有试验油的试验杯加热,产生的石油蒸气与周围空气形成的混合气体在火焰接触发生闪火时的zui低温度,作为该试样的闪点。
继续试验,直到用试验火焰使试样点燃并至少燃烧5秒钟的zui低温度,作为该试样的燃点。
本仪器由单片计算机及外围电路组成信号采集、处理、计算、输出、控制等系统。工作时,根据传感器所采集的温度变化情况由CPU发出指令,控制加热器,使试样温度按一定速率上升;扫描周期、点火时间、微分检测等均实现自动控制。
当闪点被测出时,计算机系统停止数据采集,显示闪点温度并打印记录结果;若需继续测试燃点,则仪器继续加热,当燃点被测出并燃烧5秒后,盖板自动关闭火焰,大臂自动抬起,实验结束。

I. Summary
The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of ASTM/ D92,China GB/T3536 “Test Methods for Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Methods)”. It is suitable to determine the Cleveland open cup flash point of petroleum products, excepting fuel oils and petroleum products having open cup flash point lower than 79 ℃.
The instrument adopts SCM controlling technologies, colored LCD screen, man machine conversation interface, and blank buttons. The expected flash point, sample serial number, barometric pressure and test date can be preset. It has menu prompt and input guide function. It uses open, fuzzy control software, and modularization structure. It is advanced, friendly, convenient, and accurate, so it is the best choice of similar instruments. It has been widely used for petroleum products flash point and fire point test in the field of railway, aviation, power, petroleum, scientific research institutes, measurement and inspection department, and college and universities.

III. Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument adopts colored LCD screen, man machine conversation interface, and blank buttons. It can preset parameters, such as temperature, sample serial number, barometric pressure, and test date, etc. It has prompt menu and input guide functions.
2. It can show temperature-time curve. It has prompt function for operation error, and prompt function for test date and test time.
3. It can correct the effect of barometric pressure to the test and calculate the modified value.
4. It is with differential detection function. It can correct the system deviation automatically.
5. Flame application, flash point detection, and test data printing can be completed automatically. The test arm can be raised up and lowered down automatically.
6. It is with electron igniter and it has forcible wind cooling function (Note: The manual flame application button is at the left side of the instrument).
IV. Working principle
Fill sample in the oil cup, and then heat the oil cup at the condition stipulated in the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T3536. The flash point is expressed as the lowest temperature, when the gas mixture of oil sample vapor and the air around contacts flame and appears flash.
Continue to test, and take the lowest temperature when the sample is on fire and burns for at least 5 s as the fire point of the oil sample.
The instrument adopts SCM and outer circuit to form signal collection, processing, calculation, output, and control system. The CPU will send an order to control the heater as per the temperature change collected by the sensor so that the sample temperature can rise at a constant rate. The flame application, flame application interval, and flash detection can be automatically controlled.
When the flash point is detected, the instrument will stop collecting data. Then it will show flash point temperature and print out test data. If you need to determine the fire point, please continue heating the sample. When there is fire appears and the sample is burning for 5 s, the fire will be extinguished by the fire extinguishing plate. Then the arm will be raised up and the test is over.
