结构形式

齿轮采用具有*水平的新技术一双圆弧正弦曲线齿型圆狐。它与渐开线齿轮合过程中齿廓面没有相对滑动，所以齿面无磨损、运转平衡、无困液现象，噪声低、寿命长、效率高泵设有差压式安全阀作为超载保护，安全阀全回流压力为泵额定排出压力的1.5倍。也可以再允许排出压力范围内根据实际需要另行调整。但是此安全阀不能做减压阀*工作，需要时可在管路上另行安装。该泵轴端密封设计为两种形

式，一种是机械密封，另一种是填料密封，可根据具体使用情况和用户要求确定。

结构特点

齿轮式输油泵是卧式回转泵，主要有泵体、齿轮、轴承座、泄压阀、轴承及密封装置等机件组成。

2．泵体、轴承座等为灰铸铁件，齿轮用碳素钢材制作，亦可根据用户特殊需要用铜材料或不锈钢材料制作。

3．轴承座上有一填料函室，起轴向密封作用。泵采用骨架密封装置（也可根据客户需要更换密封形式，例如：机械密封。）轴承采用单列向心球轴承。泵采用二个耐油橡胶圈和中间衬隔的一个挡圈组成，调节压紧盖上的两只螺母来调节密封的程度，轴承采用铜基粉末含油轴承。另外，本系列泵均可采用弹性好，耐高温和低温、化学性质稳定且有自润滑性能的柔性石墨做为填料。

4．泵内装有泄压阀，当泵或排出管道发生故障或误将排出阀门关闭而产生高压和高压冲击时泄压阀就会自动打开，卸除部分或全部的高压液体回到低压腔，从而对泵及管道起到保护作用。

5．用弹性联轴器直接与驱动电机联接，并安装在公共铸铁底盘上。

Gear pump is a horizontal rotary pump, which mainly consists of pump body, gear, bearing seat, relief valve, bearing and sealing device.

2. Pump body and bearing seat are gray iron castings. Gears are made of carbon steel. They can also be made of copper or stainless steel according to the special needs of users.

4. There is a pressure relief valve in the pump. When the pump or discharge pipeline fails or the discharge valve is closed by mistake, the pressure relief valve will automatically open and discharge part or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber, thus protecting the pump and pipeline.

5. The elastic coupling is directly connected with the driving motor and installed on the common cast iron chassis.
