咨询35KV交联电力电缆交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆是采用化学方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由线型分子结构转变为三维网状结构,由热塑性的聚乙烯变成热固性的交联聚乙烯,从而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、机械性能和耐环境能力,并保持了优良的电气性能。
  交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆导体的允许*zui高温为900C,较低绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆和聚乙烯绝缘电缆高,且具有重量轻、结构简单、使用方便、耐化学腐蚀和敷设不受落差限制等优点。

    CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE(XLPE)INSULATED POWER CABLE
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i. e. thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 900C which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.

According to the standards of IEC, in the last few years, We have supplied XLPE cables to the Chinese urbon power network reconstruction project, Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing West Railway Station, CCTV Station, Anshun Power Plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station, Ertan Hydroelectric Power Station , Beilun Power Plant, Yimin Power Plant, Yangzhou Second Power Plant, Shanghai Subway, Bao Steel Group and Yangzi Petrochemical Company, etc..
