★ VAD系列混流风机具有可靠的性能和耐久力，采用鼓形风筒、锥形轮毂叶轮, 风压高、风量大、噪音低、耗电省、结构紧凑等优点,卧式、立式安装均可,适用于直管道和加压送排风,材料可用玻璃钢或钢制作,也可制成屋顶式、进出风口可加设消音器应用：工业和民用建筑的送排风系统。   

Model VAD axial flow fans are adopted with drum-shape blow dryer、cone-shape wheel, which have excellent  performance and durability and other advantages such as high air pressure、large air volume、low noise、low power consumption、compact structure. And which with both horizontal and vertical type can be installed. They are suitable for straight pipe and pressurized air supply and exhaust system; we can adopt steel or glass fiber as rough material. We also can produce the product as roof-shape type; assemble the silencer at the wind inlets and outlets: air supply and exhaust system for industrial & civil buildings.

★工作范围：风量可达110000m³/h，静压高达1400Pa；

Volume up to: 110000 m³/h, Static Pressure up to: 1400Pa.

★平衡等级：平衡等级高达G2.5（ISO-1940）

Balancing Level as high as G2.5 (ISO.1940).

◆ 用途 USAGE:

★用于高层建筑的送排风

For building general supply/exhaust ventilation

★可用于消防排烟或正压送风

For emergency smoke removal or positive pressure supply duty application

★车库、地铁及隧道的排烟

  Underground parking, subway and tunnel smoke removal

★可用于厨房的排油烟

  For kitchen grease exhaust application

★VAD风机符合国际《汽车库，修车库，停车库设计防火规范》的要求，可用于上述场合的排烟和通风使用作为两用风机。

  VAD fans comply with China Nation Standard GB50067-97(“Codes of Fire Fighting Design of Garage facilities/parking warehouse”)

★VAD叶片采用流畅模拟技术优化，保证运转时局部受力均衡，高效节能，运行平稳，噪声低，耐高温性能的特点。

The blade of VAD fans are optimized by CAD Hydro -field simulating technology during the design process. The Partial stress is evenly located and spread .The blade design is high efficiency and energy saving .It runs smoothly ring operation and low noise . The fan is reliable and stable when running at high temperature.

★VAD叶片加工采用优质的模具进行机械加工，保证了叶片弧度一致，质量可靠，长期运转建立了优质的基础。

  The VAD blade fabrication is taking advantage of good quality and high efficiency mechanical molds .this ensures Surface curves is stable for each single blade .the size are all identical ,ａnd the mass distribution is even. This feature set up a good foundation for long time stable running.

★VAD风机结构采用一体式法兰加工，设计强度高，风机可以落地安装和水平吊装，垂直吊装等。

  The VAD fan motor is located in a special chamber, and isolated from air stream .The pressure in the motor chamber is negative when the fan is running, and sucks in outside clean/cool air positively through a special tube.

★VAD叶片具有多种规格，配合各种电机转速或双速电机，十分灵活。

Leaf blade with a variety of specifications, with the speed of the motor or double speed motor, very flexible.

◆命名规范

Naming Convention

★该系列风机分为四种机型：Four types

1.VAD单速风机有VAD-A-B-C三种机型，直筒结构，流量大，全压高，噪声低，效率高。

3. VAD Single speed fan, with VAD-A-B-C three types, straight pipe structure, large discharge, low noise, high efficiency

4.VAD-S双速系列，可变速运行，用于变风量，变风压的场合。

4. VAD-S Double speed series can be operated by adjustable speed, and suitable for the places with variable air volume and air pressure.
