Because of the requirement of automotive interior parts industry (IMD), especially for ABS+PMMA film rapid prototyping design,the medium pressure moulding machine uses far infrared ceramic heater up and down heating mode to rapidly and evenly heat the film sheet, and quickly enters and Rapid prototyping with vacuum system and high pressure scavenger system, so as to achieve large working area, stability and rapid mass production.

1、The clamping system of the whole machine adopts the structure of downward direct-pressure hydraulic cylinder, which makes the clamping mode balanced quickly and has low energy consumption. Operating table is low, which conforms to ergonomic design.
