产品特点:
1.机架采用有限元分析设计,钢板整体焊接结构,有很好的刚性和稳定性。
2.机架采用大型数控镗铣床整体加工,保证剪切精度和质量。
3.刀架采用滚动导轮支撑,消除剪切间隙,提高剪切精度。
4.采用四刃剪刀,大大提高剪刀使用寿命。
5.刃口间隙手轮调节,刻度盘显示,调整简单、直观、准确。
6.剪切行程可无级调节,以提高剪切效率。
7.采用串联式油缸同步系统,蓄能缸回程,工作平稳可靠。
8.标配ESTUN21S剪板机专用数控系统,精度高,简单易用。
9.后挡料采用滚珠丝杆、直线导轨结构,伺服电机驱动,定位准确、可靠。
10.前托料杆设有前定位刻度尺,机械挡块定位,适应用户不同的操作要求。
11.设有集中润滑泵,操作简单,保证关键部位的润滑。
12.可选配气动后托料和前自动送料台。
