I. The Overview of Ore Heating Furnace Transformer

矿热炉变压器是用途非常广泛的埋弧炉用变压器。随着冶炼品种不同，要求变压器参数和特性也不同。本产品以变压器特性符合电炉特性为出发点，以降低变压器负载损耗为重点，以矿热炉电力系统协调配合为目标，力求把矿热炉生产电耗大幅度降低。

矿热炉是铁合金炉、电石炉、黄磷炉、电熔刚玉炉、碳化硼炉、氰盐炉等各种埋弧炉的总称。

Ore Heating Furnace Transformer is a submerged arc furnace transformer which is being used very widely. With the different smelting varieties, we need different transformer's parameter and character. In order to substantially lower the Ore Heating Furnace Transformer's electricity consumption in producing process, this product trys to take the transformer's character in line with furnace's character as its starting point, to make reduce the transformer's load losses as its key point, and make ore heating furnace coordinate with electric system as its goal.

结构特征

II. The Structural Feature of Ore Heating Furnace Transformer

矿热炉变压器的负载连续、平稳、阻抗电压低、调压级数多、级差较小、过载能力强等特点。矿热炉变压器可分为有载、无励磁调压两种。一般前几级恒容量输出，后几级恒电流输出。

Ore Heating Furnace Transformer has the following characteristics: the load is continuous, smooth and steady, the impedance voltage is low, voltage regulating progression is numerous, stage head is relatively small, overload capacity is strong. 

Ore Heating Furnace Transformer can be divided into on-load voltage regulation and off-circuit voltage regulation. Generally, the former levels constant capacity output, the latter levels constant current output.
