全窯加熱共分6區控制，採用PRESET MA15 HEATER上下水平式安裝，電熱功率3相、60Hz、37.2KW、380V。控制箱安裝固定於窯體， 溫度控制器PID控制模式、輸出4~20MA共6組,冷卻區*3組。可設定升溫速度之斜率模式。輸出功率可設定限制之模式。SENSOR  斷線。切斷輸出警報模式。電力輸出控制PID+SCR控制模組共6組， 電壓、電流、無熔絲開關等配電零組件。異型支撐耐火斷熱磚 。1000℃耐火斷熱磚。1000℃耐火斷熱泥。
