阀闭合:消毒 Valve closure: disinfection

当阀关闭时,打开阀口这间的通道以便进行消毒,如果使用蒸汽消毒,则建议在出口上使用小型压力释放阀 When the valve is closed, open the channel between the valve ports for disinfection. If steam disinfection is used, it is recommended to use a small pressure relief valve on the outlet

阀开启:取样 Valve opening: sampling

当阀打开时,阀杆和膜片密封将收缩,从而允许液体通过。通过使用标准附件,可能进行无菌取样。这些附件专用于确保进行消毒时的条件合适(2bar-121℃)。绝热材料可避免烫伤。

When the valve opens, the valve stem and diaphragm seal will contract, allowing liquid to pass through. By using standard attachments, sterile sampling may be performed. These accessories are specifically designed to ensure that the conditions for disinfection are suitable (2bar-121 ℃). Insulation materials can prevent burns

灭菌:sterilization

1、将蒸汽软管连接到阀的上部连接管上 Connect the steam hose to the upper connecting pipe of the valve

2、打开蒸汽源,让它流过阀以进行灭菌。在121℃下持续1分钟 Open the steam source and let it flow through the valve for sterilization. Continue at 121 ℃ for 1 minute

3、关闭蒸汽源 Turn off steam source

4、移走蒸汽软管,把一个无菌橡胶塞或无菌蒙板安装到上部连接管上 Remove the steam hose and install a sterile rubber stopper or sterile mask onto the upper connecting pipe
