三、性能及特点

1、本仪器采用进口温控仪控温,控温精度高,温度稳定。

2、本仪器冷浴采用压缩机制冷,制冷量大,冷浴容积大,在试验过程中,冷浴温度波动小,可连续试验。

3、本仪器采用特殊的冷却剂流动方式,使定子冷却。在25℃室温下,对试验温度低到-20℃的试样,能在3060秒内达到控制温度,对试验温度低到-30℃的试样,能在6090秒内达到控制温度。

4、本仪器采用单片机控制,自动控制冷泵和电机的运转,自动计时,自动计算和存储结果。

5、本仪器采用触摸屏全程操作控制,人性化设计使仪器具备操作简单方便,易学易会易保养的特点。

6、能够存储每个试验温度的PID参数,测试时自动调用。可自动存储100个试验结果,循环覆盖。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics

1. The instrument adopts imported temperature controller to control temperature with high precision and stable temperature.

2. The cold bath of this instrument adopts compressor to refrigerate, with large cooling capacity and large cold bath volume. In the test process, the cold bath temperature fluctuates little and can be continuously tested.

3. The instrument adopts a special coolant flow mode to cool the stator. At room temperature of 25, the control temperature can be reached within 30 ~ 60 seconds for the sample with test temperature as low as -20, and within 60 ~ 90 seconds for the sample with test temperature as low as -30.

4. The instrument is controlled by single chip microcomputer, which can automatically control the operation of cold pump and motor, automatically timing, automatically calculating and storing results.

5. The instrument adopts the touch screen for the whole operation and control, and the humanized design makes the instrument simple and convenient to operate and easy to learn and maintain.

6. Can store PID parameters of each test temperature and call automatically during testing. Can automatically store 100 test results, cycle coverage.
