MB型半门式起重机

MB型半门式起重机依据GB/T14406-2011标准所设计、制造；本产品的运行轨道一条铺设在车间吊车梁上，另一条铺设在地面上的半门式起重机；适用于加工车间、货场、港口码头等货区装卸和搬运物料。
本产品可根据用户对起重量、跨度、上下轨道高低差要求进行设计制造，起重机工作级别一般为A3～A6级。

主要特点：
1.本机主要由两主梁、两支腿，上下横梁，大车运行机构、小车及电气设备所组成，主梁、上下横梁、支腿均采用箱型焊接板结构。

2.小车导电采用异形槽或工字钢扁电缆滑车导电，整机供电般采用 安全滑线或软电缆供电。

3.大车运行机构采用“三合一”分别驱动方式。

4.各机构可采用电阻器调速或变频调速．

5.操纵方式可地面按钮把操纵、地面遥控操纵或司机室操纵三种形式可选用。

Different from MG and ME crane, MB semi-gantry crane has two tracks with different height. One track is on the crane beam of workshop, the other is on the ground. It is applicable to work in processing workshops，storage yards and ports. Performance parameters, such as lifting capacity,span and lifting height，is flexible，customers may point out these data in accordance with actual situations by themselves. Crane’s classification group is up to A5-A6

Main features：
1. The machine is composed of two main girders,two legs,upper travelling mechanism ,low travelling mechanism,trolley and electrical system . Main frames are box-welded.
2. Cable pulley with Slot-shaped or I-beam track is for electrical conduct of crane trolley and circular-coppered slip- line or cable drum is for the whole crane’s.
3. Travelling mechanism adopts “three-in-one” respective drive with hardened reducer.
4. Resistor or variable frequency is applied for speed adjustment in each mechanism.
5. There are three kind of manipulation types：ground wired button control ,remote control or cab’s.
