Brief introduction: the equipment includes: storage barrel, burner, transmission mechanism, small generator and so on.Adopting automatic diesel burner for horizontal rotating storage VAT (heating tube) and indirect heating method, melt filling and sewing the material in barrel temperature, aging, not burnt structure more compact and lighter than the thermal oil heating way, through the temperature sensor and PLC control burner ignition to ensure filling and sewing the material reach the set temperature automatic regulation ().The melted high temperature joint material is discharged through the oil drain switch at the bottom of the barrel according to the demand. It is used to heat the joint material in the construction of small joint filling machine (our hand-pushed type).The utility model has the advantages of non-burning joint material, automatic control of discharge temperature, vehicle-mounted movement, compact structure and simple operation.
