用途 Use：
主要用于自硬砂的温度调节。
It is mainly used for temperature adjustment of self hardening sand.
特点 Characteristic：
● 砂子入口与散热管之间设有筛网，防止杂物进入热交换器。
A sieve net is arranged between the sａnd inlet and the radiating tube to prevent sundries from entering the heat exchanger.
● 采用错排散热管的热交换形式，使砂子在曲折的下行过程中不断改变位置，保证砂子充分散热。
The heat exchange from of staggered heat pipe is adopted to make the sａnd change its position continuously in the course of zigzag downstream, so that the sａnd can be fully dissipated.
● 设计较慢的下行速度，砂子自上而下缓慢移动，不但有利于热交换，而且对散热磨损小，延长使用寿命。The design of a slower downward speed, sａnd moving slowly from. up to. down, not only conducive to heat exchange, but also to reduce heat dissipation wear and prolong service life.
● 采用逆流式的热交换形式，水流方向为下进上出，与砂流方向相反。
In the form of countercurrent heat exchange, the direction of flow is downward and upward, which is opposite to the direction of sａnd flow.

● 配有料位检测控制装置，保持砂温调节器内部的热交换器始终被砂子埋住。
