应用简介/Application
PJQD-真空多用炉应用于航天/航空、兵器、汽车、电子、机械工业等领域。
PJQD -真空多用炉具有6-12bar气冷功能的单室卧式真空热处理设备,适用于高速钢、高合金钢工模具等材料的淬火,软磁材料、钛合金的退火及高温真空钎焊等多种真空热处理工艺。
应用于各种钢制机械零件、汽车配件、模具材料等进行气体渗氮、氮碳共渗。由真空主体(真空腔体,真空机组,热搅拌, 气体外循环快淬系统,)温控系统,氢探头氮势测 量系统,质量流量控制系统,PE氮化专家控制系统等组成。
